MOMODOLL 86 CM MIYU

Purchased her from in-stock when I thought I was not going to be able to fix my 90cm Akane. She arrived well packed from TDC, with great foam protection for her shoulders. Head and neck use an M8 connections, meaning the 80cm Anime suspension kit should fit her, though I have not tried yet. Her face features a beautiful make up, though I feel they over did the glitter a bit. The purple eyes are striking, but not shaped like normal eyes. For most people that will not be an issue but photography wise its is hard to adjust them for certain looks, though it has no effect at all on the dolls intended purpose as they are nicely fit inside the head. She came with wig #2 which is the really curly blonde one. This is a gorgeous wig and fits very well. On small dolls this is often my biggest gripe is the poor fit of the wigs, but this one fits very nicely and looks amazing with her make up. Now, my only solid complaint. She is 86cm and I think could have had a normal skeleton. She has a wire skeleton reinforced with solid metal bars very similar to the AxB 65cm dolls. The feet have a unique wire loop through the soles to help them maintain shape and stay in certain poses. Fingers and wrists are wire, and as I discovered during her first photo shoot, her left wire wrist snapped from being posed on a pillow. That is my only real gripe but always the risk with any wire finger/wrist doll. That being said I do plan to eventually get another Momodoll down the road so do not let it be a discouragement to getting one. She is TPE and there was no odor, and the TPE is firm with just the right bit of softness to feel great. It is not as soft as the platinum stuff but I like this sort of TPE better personally.
